Lymphatic drainage

Very light, slow, rhythmic strokes that follow the lymph vessels just under the skin.

Lymphatic drainage uses a light, slow, repeating touch that gently stretches the skin in the direction the lymph vessels run, toward the lymph nodes in the neck, armpits and groin. It works close to the surface, so it feels nothing like a deep massage.

People often book it for puffiness, a heavy or swollen feeling, or simply because it is very calm. Nathan offers it as part of his shiatsu practice.

If you have lymphedema, a heart or kidney condition, a blood clot or an infection, check with your doctor first.
