How it works

Stay dressed: We work through your clothes, so there is nothing to change into and no oil to wash off. Loose, comfortable clothes are best if you want stretching.
Pick your length: Book 30 to 90 minutes on the table, or 10 or 20 in the chair. A short session can make a big difference.
Come in today: Same-day appointments are almost always available. Walk-ins are welcome too, with a short wait most days.
Set the pressure: Anything from relaxation to deep tissue. Tell your therapist what you want and they will adjust as they go.

Standard covers relaxation to therapeutic work. Premium is for deep tissue, myofascial release and shiatsu. Members save on every visit.
